1. Eligibility

Our courses are intended for individuals above 18 years of age who understand Marathi. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Course access

Once enrolment and payment are confirmed, access to Course materials, study support, and related facilities will be provided as described on the course page. Login to your account is restricted to one device at a time — logging in on a new device will automatically end any active session elsewhere.

3. No guaranteed returns

Trading in the stock market involves risk. No profit, income, or specific rate of return is guaranteed by Trading Universe Academy or its mentors. Our training is aimed at developing knowledge, process, and discipline — not at guaranteeing trading outcomes.

4. Student responsibility

Consistency, self-study, and personal effort are required to benefit from any course. Trading decisions and financial transactions made during or after training are the student's personal responsibility.

5. Fees

Once enrolment is confirmed, paid Course Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except as described in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

6. Changes to schedule or structure

Trading Universe Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to timetables, session structure, or training methodology as needed.

7. Code of conduct

Students are expected to respect the academy's environment, discipline, and fellow students at all times, whether attending online or offline sessions.

8. Content protection

All recorded and live class content is for the personal use of the enrolled student only. Downloading, recording, redistributing, or sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in loss of access without refund.

9. Acceptance

By registering for an account or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
