Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Trial period (live batches)

For live batches, you may pay the trial registration fee and attend the first 2 days of class. This period exists precisely so you can decide before paying the remaining fee — the trial registration fee itself is non-refundable once the trial period has started.

2. After full enrolment

Once the full Course Fee for a live batch is paid and enrolment is confirmed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including if you stop attending sessions.

3. Recorded courses

Recorded courses are digital products delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Because access is granted immediately, recorded course purchases are non-refundable once payment is completed, except where the course fails to be delivered due to a technical fault on our end.

4. Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged more than once for the same course, or charged but did not receive access, contact us with your payment reference and we will investigate and refund any duplicate or failed transaction.
