Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

Trading Universe Academy sells digital training and digital products only — live class access, recorded course access, and downloadable study material where applicable. We do not ship any physical goods.

Live batch access

Once your trial or full course fee is confirmed, you'll receive class joining details (Google Meet/Zoom link) via WhatsApp and inside your student classroom, ahead of each scheduled session.

Recorded course access

Recorded courses are delivered digitally to your student account immediately after payment is confirmed. You can watch them anytime from your classroom, from a single logged-in device.

Books

If any book is offered as a physical copy in the future, delivery timelines and charges will be clearly stated on that book's page before purchase. At present, all offerings on this site are digital.

Delivery issues

If you've paid but don't see a course in your classroom within a reasonable time, contact us at tradinguniverse27@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your payment details.
