When you enquire, register, or enrol, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and (for enrolled students) a password. If you pay for a course, Razorpay processes your payment details directly — we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

2. How we use it

We use your details to respond to enquiries, manage your enrolment and account access, send course-related updates via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Call, and provide student support.

3. Login sessions

We store a session token to keep you logged in and to enforce single-device login. This token is tied to your account and is replaced each time you log in.

4. What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data outside what's needed to run the academy (e.g. payment processing via Razorpay) and respond to legal requirements.

5. Communication consent

By submitting an enquiry or lead form, you authorise Trading Universe Academy to contact you regarding course updates via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Call.

6. Data retention

We retain account and enrolment information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

7. Your choices

You can request correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.
